Cottage “Les Clématites”(Clematis)
If you are traveling as a small group, you’ll enjoy “Les Clématites”( classified **** in 2013).
It accommodates 4 to 5 people comfortably and is comprised of the following:
- two large bedrooms: 1 with queen-size bed, the other with a queen-size bed and a single;
- a loft with a day-bed;
- 2 water closets;
- a beautifully tiled bath;
- a well equipped kitchen, and large living room space,.
- a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, access to the estate’s park and to the swimming pool.
Rate for a week
1100 Euros – High Season (June – September & school holidays)
900 Euros – Mid Season (15/03 to 31 May & 1 October to 15 November)
725 Euros – Low season (November 15 – March 15)
In July and August the rental is exclusively weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Outside this period the rental is at least for 3 nights (pro rata temporis of the weekly rate for the period).
In low season the second week in a row benefits from a 30% reduction for direct bookings.
School holidays in France are considered high season.
