The Sunflower cottage is ideal for 2-3 people. (75 square-meter).
This spacious self-contained apartment is comprised of
- a 20 square-meter living room,
- a fully equipped kitchen,
- a full bath,
- a 30 square-meter bedroom,
- and a private garden. with garden furniture and barbecue, access to the estate’s park and to the swimming pool.
Rate for a week
780 Euros – High Season (June – September & school holidays)
630 Euros – Mid Season (15/03 to 31 May & 1 October to 15 November)
540 Euros – Low season (November 15 – March 15)
In July and August the rental is exclusively weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Outside this period the rental is at least for 3 nights (pro rata temporis of the weekly rate for the period).
In low season the second week in a row benefits from a 30% reduction for direct bookings.
School holidays in France are considered high season.
